Lake Travis Community Library Little Yoga

This 30 minute class allows children ages 3 to 6 to experience exercise in a mellow environment. With adult participation, we will practice breathing and age appropriate stretching that can be taken and used at home. Wear comfortable clothing, mats or towels not required but welcomed, and let's get moving!
