How to read this. Each amount is a parcel’s taxable value for that entity (exemptions differ by entity) times the entity’s adopted rate. The 2025 bill uses real certified values and each entity’s adopted 2025 (tax-year) rate. The FY27 rate impact tab uses preliminary 2026 values; the City adopts its actual FY27 rate in the fall. No-new-revenue (est.) is the rate that would raise the same total City revenue on this year’s tax base as last year. A rate above it is an effective increase. It’s currently presented as an estimate from the change in taxable value (assuming certified values land ~5-6% above last year); the official figure comes from the County’s Truth-in-Taxation worksheet in August, and the tool will update to match. Only the City of Lakeway rate is adjustable; other entities set their own. Amounts don’t model over-65 or disabled tax ceilings. Informational only. Your official bill comes from the Travis County Tax Office.
